Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
To reserve an appointment at Revolution Salon, a credit card is required at the time of booking. By scheduling, you agree to the policies outlined below.
We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our guests and our artists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice — including no-shows — will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total, applied to the credit card on file.
Because of the extended time reserved, hourly services — including Creative Color, corrective color, and bleach & tone services — require*
*four days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within that window will result in a charge of 75% of the quoted service price.
Retail Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase.
All hot tools and hair accessories — including irons, blow dryers, brushes, and styling tools — are final sale. Please register your hot tools with the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Recheck / Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know during your service or within 48 hours of your appointment.
All services are non-refundable. If a concern arises due to the execution of the original service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment/ recheck.
Complimentary adjustment/recheck services are not offered for changes of mind, preference, or new requests made after the service has been completed.
- The salon must be notified within 48 hours
- The corrective service must be completed within 5 days of the original appointment
Children in the Salon
For safety and comfort:
- Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an additional adult if you are receiving a service.
- Children receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the appointment.
- Children not receiving a service must remain in the reception area.
Right to refuse service
Revolution Salon reserves the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:
- Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward guests or team members
- Requests for services that may compromise the health or integrity of the hair
- Visible symptoms of illness, including cold, flu, COVID-19, or other contagious conditions
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.
Pricing & Timing of Services
Service pricing varies based on stylist experience, education, time, and color needs. All listed prices are base prices and may increase depending on hair length, density, or the desired result.
Significant transformations — including lighter to significantly darker or darker to significantly lighter — may require additional time and services. If timing needs to be extended, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Arriving on Time
We make every effort to stay on schedule; however, hair services are not an exact science, and occasional delays may occur.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time and allow flexibility on both ends of your appointment. For guests who prefer the most time-certain experience, we recommend pre-booking the first appointment of the day.
