Our passion for beauty emanates throughout Revolution Salon as our team transforms and revitalizes our guests into the best version of themselves. Together, we talk about the latest trends, lifestyle and their specific style wishes, needs, and desires. Then we use our expertise and the latest techniques, combined with an obsession with glamour, beauty and hair, to create a distinct look specifically for them. We believe it is our responsibility to always keep our guests in the loop of what is happening in the world of hair.

About the Co-Founders
Saeid and Sasha are recognized leaders in the beauty industry, bringing more than 25 years of combined experience as stylists, creative directors, and educators. Their work has shaped some of Minneapolis’ most respected salons, while remaining deeply connected to the global fashion and hair landscape.
Season after season, they have worked backstage at New York and Paris Fashion Week, collaborating with designers including Anna Sui, Oscar De La Renta, Christian Cowan, Helmut Lang, Christian Siriano, Hakan Akkaya, and Theory, among others. This firsthand exposure to emerging trends informs everything they bring back into the salon — refined, current, and forward-thinking.
Beyond the chair, Saeid and Sasha have served as educators for global professional product lines, traveling nationwide to teach and inspire stylists through advanced techniques and modern approaches to hair. Whether in the salon or on the road, their focus remains the same: creating work that feels modern, confident, and considered.
